Perssonnel of JSC “Judesio technika” is constantly trained at the manufacturers facilities, so qualified and operative technical support on scheduled maintenance or highly unexpected malfunction is guaranteed during warranty and afterwarranty period.

Each RCV is sold with minimum one year warranty during which, obviously, scheduled services are required to be done. To keep equipment in good working order it is brilliant practice to do all maintenance in the same fashion after warranty period finishes as well. At the transfer of the vehicle to the customer schooling is being done to the opperating staff about correct operation, maintenance and safety as well as test drive in real working environment.

To the foreman of the workshop is being explained how to follow servicing schedule, change basic operation settings as well as principles of functionality, technical and technological advantages to ease possible guidance by phone in event of obscurities.
